Since 2002, STARBOARD has provided Owner’s Representative and Project Management services for all types of land use and development projects throughout Colorado’s Front Range communities; working in large cities, small towns and unincorporated counties.  Our strategic master planning and entitlement expertise include inner-city urban in-fill and Transit-Oriented Development work, suburban master-planned community work and special use work for utility, industrial and telecommunications clients.

STARBOARD represents our client partners in managing complex entitlement undertakings including obtaining governmental approvals for annexations, rezonings, master planning, infrastructure solutions, creation and use of Special Districts, water rights and subdivision plat processes.
